When a need arises to deploy an Electronic Medical Record System at a health facility, the Deployment and Support, coordination and operations teams first conduct technical reconnaissance at the facility in order to determine patient flow and system needs.

When software modules have been developed, the Support and Deployment team plans for deploying the modules in targeted health facilitates. Training follows then deployment of the system takes place. Finally, the support team provides on site user support for about a week depending on how complex the system is.
