READ AND RESEARCH EXTENSIVELY – KWATAINE URGES BAOBAB STAFF

STAFF NEWS: Chawanangwa Lupafya Joined Baobab Health Trust in 2010 and had a short stint with Airtel Malawi in 2015 before bouncing back a year later. With his immense capabilities and experience gained at Baobab Health Trust he is now proceeding to University of St Andrews in Scotland where he will undertake a PhD in Computer Science -Software Architecture.
“He isĀ  amazing and no doubt he will be missed by many. Chawanangwa is a team player and someone who knew how to call a spade by its name and not a spoon” Chimwemwe Kachaje one of the Software architects said during a small farewell meeting where heads of various directorates also spoke kind words for Chawanangwa popularly known as Mr clear clear among fellow employees.

BHT Executive Director’s farewell speech was on the edge of happiness and concern.

” I already had an exist meeting with him and let me not hide to say he is someone we can hardly replace, however at the same time he has to go because its good for his personal development and you never know we may also benefit if he finds opportunities on his return” Said Martha Kwataine

She challenged other employees to emulate his hardworking spirit and remain on top of developments by reading and researching extensively.
